Alaap continues the reforestation programmes in the Himalayan region and accompanies them scientifically. The goal is to prove that the amount of CO2 captured can be used to obtain emission certificates as a permanent source of funding.

• Reforestation of the original Himalayan forest
• Cultivation using the Akira Miyawaki method
• Regenerating Himalayas
• Phase 1: 100,000 trees on 1000 ha of panchayats
