Gurtenfestival 2022: And SHA in the middle of it!

The festival management had modernized the food concept. So this year the food mile near the main stage came along in a completely new dress and with new creative vendors. One of them particularly caught the eye: the Swiss-Himalayan Amity food stand, designed by Biel artist Hervé Thiot. A work of art with the finest food from the Himalayan region.

From chicken tikka masala or veggie curry to samosas, chow min, pakoras, momos, paneer vegetable rolls and naan, there was a wide selection of finely prepared Indian delicacies. Festival visitors enjoyed our food offerings until the wee hours of the morning!

While bands such as Black Eyed Peas, Seeed or The Chemical Brothers created a great atmosphere on the main stage, our helpers chopped mountains of zucchini, peppers, onions and chicken, which were then turned into tasty menus by the Indian chefs.

It was four incredibly intense days with a great SHA team. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all team members - from the cooks to the many helpers and the organizers in the background.
